Tim Ward-Barber works as a Supervisor at DAF Trucks in Thame. Even before the role of Supervisor was officially given to Tim he was pro-active in ensuring the security operation worked efficiently and any changes in personnel caused minimal disruption to our customer
Tim has overseen the training of new Security Officrs and made it his place to manage the working patterns so as to provide effective levels of manning even during difficult periods.
In addition to the aforementioned, Tim dealt with a water leak in December in a efficient and calm manner kept damage to minimum and ensured there was little disruption to the site.
All in all, Tim is a very personable and calm individual who can be relied upon. It is with this in mind that we are delighted to award Tim Ward-Barber with Security Officer of the Month for February 2008.
