As Risk management are a combined remote
monitoring and security services provider,
we can offer total support via our 24hr
manned Control Centre in the event of an
emergency. From there we are able to take
full control of your PTZ/Dome cameras,
which also have the facility to incorporate
an audio response.
Images from the site are sent via broadband into our Control Centre
where dedicated monitoring staff can control
the cameras and provide responses tailored
to suit customer site requirements, including
contacting key holders, police or alarm
companies. A log of all activations is retained and customers have 24 hour telphone access into our control centre.
We offer four services for monitoring catering for all sites and providing various levels of response. We are able to monitor up to sixteen cameras within our standard pricing structure with additional cameras being charged in addition at a fixed price.

All service levels are subject to an annual monitoring charge and our terms and conditions of business. Prior to a site going live a seven day test is completed to ensure that activation levels are acceptable.
